Our client is a well-established, growing, national company headquartered in NW, Indiana.  They are currently seeking an experienced SQL Data Base Administrator/Analyst, who can come in and hit the ground running in a fast paced IT environment. 

This individual must be able to: design, install, maintain and administer the databases; change the database structure; perform database management; manipulate reports; ensure the security, quality, and integrity of data resources and perform related work.  They must also be able to apply their knowledge of database design and the operating interrelationships between databases, business applications and the operating systems, to complete their assignments. 

This is a growing company with a fast paced environment.  The person entering this position must be an experienced mature individual and must be able to work independently with minimal direction.  They must also be able to immediately establish a working relationship with others and begin contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the department.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have:

*  A minimum of four years of hands-on SQL Database Administration.

*  Excellent SQL skills.

*  Excellent interpersonal communication skills .

*  Capable of working with minimal direction to accomplish goals and objectives.
