Job Description Provide system support including operating system upgrade, data management, system trouble-shooting, system disaster recovery, user support, operator training, data collection, and software upgrade.
Required Skills Excellent working knowledge of PC Hardware/Software break/fix.  Ability to provide technical support by telephone or in person.  Most applications will be MS Office or MS applications.
